The total amount of damage for which the provider could be held liable is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer as part of his order.

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of services, made through the provider's website. ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order. The Customer can pay by credit card (via PAYPAL), PAYPAL, transfer or bank check. ARTICLE 11: FORCE MAJEURE

ARTICLE 12: NULLITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT

If one of the stipulations of the present contract were canceled, this nullity would not entail the nullity of the other stipulations which will remain in force between the parts. Any contractual modification is valid only after a written agreement signed by the parties.


ARTICLE 13: APPLICABLE LAW

All clauses contained in these general conditions of sale, as well as all the purchase and sale operations referred to therein, will be subject to French law.
